El Aguila Mexican Restaurant & Bar

Very very disappointing. I have been here once on a weeknight before and the service and the food was great, but went here recently on a Saturday night and took some friends, and I was very very disappointed and won't be returning. I'd rather get in my car and drive to Montezuma's then walk 200m down the road from my home to eat at your establishment. The staff who were on had no idea what they were doing, were flat out speaking English, the online ordering on the tablet is good in theory when the waitresses know how it works and the order gets to the kitchen correctly. We waited an hour for 2 basic plates of nachos and a burrito, not to mention they forgot my entrée as well and it went to another table. The food was nothing to write home about, and very bland. Really poor service, confusion, and the food was very average for what you pay, considering the last time I really enjoyed my meal when I ate there... I'd rather make my own at home, or go elsewhere, I have never received such bad service at any place I've eaten at in Nundah and I doubt I will ever return. If you want to keep the locals of Nundah happy and regularly visit your establishment, you really need to pick up your game and give your waitresses better training also.
