After I suffered from herniated discs in my neck and subsequent spinal surgery which many other treatments aggravated Stefanie has changed my life for the better. Through both her treatments and yoga Stefanie has enabled me to improve my functional movement and quality of life. She has an amazing ability to locate areas of tension and find alternative solutions to ease discomfort when other professionals treatments have not worked. Stefanie has also supported me through the process and recovery of two pregnancies.
