Tracy is a fantastic yoga teacher and very skilled due to her ongoing professional development in not only yoga but many related modalities. Her classes are a vinyasa flow that are a great mix of both strengthening and stretching, and she ensures there's always a challenge to keep you motivated. Tracy takes the time to check in on her students, ensuring they're practicing safely, and in turn shares some very insightful alignment tips. Tracy has a very down to earth personality that make all feel welcome at her classes, and she has a great sense of humor that ensures her classes don't get too serious but remain light hearted and fun. I would recommend Tracy's classes for all levels of abilities from beginner to advanced, as she will give you options that will either challenge or support you dependent on your needs.
